before your session

How to arrive.

Choose a quiet space where you can feel fully safe and will not be disturbed.

Bring water, a journal, tissues, and perhaps something that helps you ground, a candle, a shawl, an object or scent you love.

Come as you are. There is nothing to perform here and nothing to prepare.

Bring any issue. You do not need to know what you want to work on. Your body always knows where to begin. It usually shows up when we start.

cancellation policy

Because these sessions require me to hold deep, sacred space and they are limited in availability, rescheduling and cancellations are to be made within 24 hours of your session. Otherwise they are non-refundable.
