Choose a quiet space where you can feel fully safe and will not be disturbed.

Bring water, a journal, tissues, and perhaps something that helps you ground — a candle, a shawl, an object you love.

Because these sessions are deeply held anlimited in availability, cancellations made within 24 hours of your session are non-refundable. Rescheduling is possible with advance notice.
